Triphan and Freeman receive promotions within National Installation division 

Green Bay, Wis. – H.J. Martin and Son’s National Installation division is proud to announce the promotion of Brice Triphan and Theresa Freeman to the role of Project Managers. This exciting development highlights the company’s commitment to nurturing talent and promoting from within its dedicated team.

Triphan, who has been with H.J. Martin and Son for a decade, initially joined the company as an installer and transitioned to roles including Project Coordinator and Assistant Project Manager. His recent promotion to Project Manager, where he will oversee and manage various projects, will contribute to the ongoing success of the company.

Freeman, a nine-year valued member of the company, originally joined as a Project Coordinator, then advanced to Assistant Project Manager before her recent promotion. Her main duties as Project Manager include budgeting, estimating, and managing client relations for the company.

“We have always promoted from within at H.J. Martin and Son and this is how the company was built. Both Brice and Theresa are examples of this. Brice, who started as an installer, has been promoted to a Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, and now Project Manager.  Similarly, Theresa spent nine years as a Project Coordinator before becoming a Project Manager. They earned this position by putting our customers first and focusing on our dedicated National Installation team,” said CEO, Edward Martin.
