Green Bay, Wis. – Sydney Smith, who will be taking on the role of Project Assistant for the National Installation division and Joe Strand, the company’s Fleet Coordinator, have both been warmly welcomed to H.J. Martin and Son.

Smith is responsible for providing a variety of administrative and office support tasks to the project management and nationwide installation teams. Her responsibilities include assisting with various stages of project execution, from pre-planning to post-completion.

Strand brings 27 years of extensive experience in fleet management to the company. Prior to joining H.J. Martin and Son, he owned and operated a local body and paint shop. In his role as Fleet Coordinator, Strand will be responsible for optimizing the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring that it complies with the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and reliability. His familiarity with H.J. Martin and Son, combined with his deep understanding of fleet operations, positions him to make significant contributions to the continued success of the company.
