Green Bay native will support enhancement of the customer-service experience

Green Bay, Wis. – Jennifer Page, a Green Bay native, has joined H.J. Martin and Son as Process Coordinator.  In that role, she will support the residential flooring divisions to deliver processes that positively impact the customer experience, along with oversight of the company’s product database.

Page is a long-time piano instructor in the Green Bay area, operating Larsen Piano Studio for 10 years (2003-12), which included bookkeeping work in addition to musical instruction.

She subsequently worked as a music library assistant at Georgia State University, School of Music Library, in Atlanta for two years.

Since returning to Green Bay in 2013, Page has worked in the retail and hospitality industries.  Among her responsibilities have been employee training, customer service and handling money.

Page is a 2012 graduate of Lawrence University with a bachelor’s of music degree in piano performance.  She received a master’s of music degree in piano pedagogy from Georgia State in 2013.
