15-year construction professional will support company’s national retail solutions division
Green Bay, Wis. – Jason Frisch, a 15-year construction professional in Northeast Wisconsin, has joined H.J. Martin and Son as an estimator in the national retail solutions division, with an emphasis on architectural millwork. In that role, he will support the company’s project managers with materials specifications and cost projections on projects involving national retail clients.
Frisch spent nearly a decade (2002-12) as a project coordinator and custom woodworker for DeLeers Millwork in Green Bay at the outset of his career. With DeLeers, he scheduled workflow between departments and assisted with employee training, among other duties.
Joining Joseph A. Interiors early in 2012, Frisch served a variety of roles in five-plus years with the company. He initially was a project coordinator and custom woodworker, managing projects and fabricating custom millwork items.
Frisch then became an estimating and purchasing lead. In that position, he reviewed architectural plans, oversaw proposals and handled follow-up on ongoing projects. Most recently, Frisch was a project manager for Joseph A. Interiors, which saw him create/maintain customer and production schedules, assist with purchasing negotiations and manage employees.
Frisch is a 2004 graduate of Green Bay East High School.
