H.J. Martin and Son was proud to serve as a Lead Sponsor for the 2015 Hard Hats & Heels event, held Oct. 24 at the Lambeau Field Atrium. The annual gala raises funds to support the Greater Green Bay and Greater Fox Cities Area Habitat for Humanity in their collective mission to bring people together to build homes, communities and hope.
Green Bay Packers Pro Bowl wide receiver Jordy Nelson was the keynote speaker at this year’s Hard Hats & Heels, delivering a message on the importance of family life and having a place to call home.
“Habitat for Humanity is a natural organization for us to be involved with,” says H.J. Martin CEO Edward Martin, “because of how their goals naturally intersect with our mission to help customers find attractive, affordable options for their home. It was a great event, and we’re happy to have had a role in helping to fund reasonably priced housing for families in Northeast Wisconsin.”
Habitat for Humanity, with more than 1,400 local affiliates in the United States, works with families to provide safe, decent and affordable housing options to those in need.
