H.J. Martin handling glass, flooring and interior drywall for new Foth headquarters

A current local project of H.J. Martin and Son is the new headquarters of Foth, slated to open by the end of 2013. Like H.J., Foth was born in Green Bay, Wis., in the 1930s.
Foth broke ground on the $16-million, 95,000-square foot building in De Pere, Wis., in September 2012. Situated along U.S. Highway 41, it will replace the company’s long-standing headquarters on Ridge Road in Green Bay and house more than 300 employees.
H.J. Martin and Son has handled all of the glass and flooring for the new Foth building, along with the interior drywall. Sustainable features were incorporated into the design to improve energy efficiency and to take advantage of daylighting.
Miron Construction of Neenah, Wis., is the project’s general contractor. Miron is ranked among the top 15 construction companies serving the Midwest.
“We appreciate the opportunity to play a role in the success of another long-time member of the Green Bay business community through our work on this project,” says H.J. Martin and Son CEO Edward Martin. “We thank Foth and Miron for their confidence in us.”
Foth is a member-owned, consulting engineering, science, and construction management firm delivering technical solutions for public and private clients around the corner and around the globe.
