Financial-operations professional will support company’s accounting department

Calvin Collins

Green Bay, Wis. – Calvin Collins, a financial-operations professional, has joined H.J. Martin and Son as an accountant within the company’s headquarters. In that role, he will be responsible for cash management entry, vehicle-record maintenance, report writing and multiple projects to increase productivity throughout the department.

Collins previously spent two years as an accounts payable representative for Schneider, a national logistics firm. At Schneider, his responsibilities included invoice processing, issue analyzation and auditing of expense reports. He also assisted with the integration of Blue Prism® robotic process automation software into a department process.

Collins received bachelor’s degrees in accounting and business administration (finance emphasis) from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in December 2015.

He has served as a volunteer assistant football coach at Shawano (Wis.) Community Middle School since 2015.
